Meet Jessica
Jessica Stephens is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina who approaches counseling through a lens of compassion and hope. She views therapy as a collaborative partnership and seeks to provide a safe, supportive space for clients to experience healing and restoration.
Jessica works primarily with women across various life stages, including prenatal and postpartum seasons, parenting challenges, and relational concerns. She also supports individuals, adolescents, and couples when clinically appropriate. As a military spouse, she has a heart for the unique challenges faced by military families.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, Jessica offers evidence-based care while thoughtfully integrating faith for clients who desire it. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue emotional healing and personal growth.
